Website user consent for personal data processing

I hereby freely, by my own will and in my own interest, give consent to Limited Liability Company "ONSOFT", TIN 4800002685, PSRN 1234800000522, Legal address: 398004, Lipetsk region, Lipetsk, Teperika st., 1, office 10 (hereinafter - "Operator") for automated and non-automated processing of my personal data in accordance with the following list:

• Last name, first name, patronymic;
• Type, series and number of identity document;
• Date of issue of identity document and information about the issuing authority;
• Address;
• Date of birth;
• Place of birth;
• Phone number;
• Email address.
• Other individual means of communication specified when filling out any feedback forms on the site
• Source of site visit and search or advertising query information;
• User device data (including resolution, version and other attributes characterizing the user device);
• User clicks, page views, field filling, banner and video shows and views;
• Data characterizing audience segments;
• Session parameters;
• Visit time data;
• User identifier stored in cookies

and other individual means of communication specified when filling out forms on the site (hereinafter - Site) feedback forms on the site, using site registration services;

for the purposes of providing information services, implementing feedback with the site user, conducting online training, concluding contractual relations, conducting advertising campaigns, maintaining training schedules, sending advertising materials, participating in marketing research

I also give my consent to the Operator providing my personal data to third parties and to cross-border transfer of personal data to achieve the stated purposes of personal data processing.

In order to ensure implementation of legal requirements in the field of personal data processing, the Operator may:

carry out personal data processing by collecting, storing, systematizing, accumulating, changing, clarifying, using, distributing, anonymizing, blocking, destroying personal data;

use automated methods of personal data processing with transmission over the Internet, cross-border transfer of personal data;

This consent comes into force from the moment of confirmation and is valid for 5 years, unless otherwise established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing is carried out by sending a written application to the Operator's legal address.

I confirm that I am aware of the right to withdraw my consent by drafting an appropriate written document that can be sent by me to the Operator. In case I withdraw consent to personal data processing, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without my consent if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10 and part 2 of article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006.
