Personal Data Processing Consent

I hereby, in accordance with the current provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006 and the Personal Data Processing Policy posted at https://on-soft.ru, freely, by my own will and in my own interests, give consent to Limited Liability Company "ONSOFT", TIN 4800002685, PSRN 1234800000522, legal address: 398001, Lipetsk, Kraynyaya st., 7a, office 20 (hereinafter - "Operator"), for processing of my personal data specified when using the website https://on-soft.ru (hereinafter - "Site"), sending messages through the site and/or leaving a request for a proposal by filling out a web form on the site, sent (filled out) using the site.


  • 1. Personal data means any information relating to me as a personal data subject, including (hereinafter - personal data): last name, first name, personal e-mail and other information provided by me to the Operator when filling out web forms on the site; source of site visit and search or advertising query information; user device data (including resolution, version and other attributes characterizing the user device); user clicks, page views, field filling, banner and video shows and views; data characterizing audience segments; session parameters; visit time data; user identifier stored in cookies; publicly available information about me.

  • 2. I agree that within the framework of personal data processing, the Operator has the right to carry out collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, analysis, use, extraction, distribution, transfer to third parties (including but not limited to: server owners; organizations providing services for making calls, SMS mailings, any other types of mailings and notifications; organizations providing services for conducting various surveys and research related to Operator services), receipt, processing, storage, clarification (updating, modification), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of my personal data by maintaining databases in an automated, mechanical, manual manner for the purposes of:
  • 1) providing relevant advertising information and advertising optimization;
  • 2) conducting surveys and research aimed at improving the level of services provided;
  • 3) informing me about products/services offered by the Operator, events held;
  • 4) technical support in processing information, documentation and personal data using automation tools and without such use;
  • 5) providing me with individually requested additional information regarding information posted on the site pages;
  • 6) ensuring compliance with laws and other regulatory legal acts in the field of personal data.

3. I express consent and allow the Operator to combine personal data into a personal data information system and process my personal data using automation tools or without using automation tools, including using Yandex.Metrica internet services, as well as using other software tools specially developed on behalf of the Operator.


  • 4. I am notified and agree that work with personal data information systems is carried out by the Operator according to the algorithm specified in paragraph 3 of this Consent. Processing methods used, including but not limited to:
  • • automatic verification of postal codes with the code database;
  • • automatic verification of spelling of street names, settlements;
  • • automatic verification of VIN validity;
  • • data clarification with me (via postal mail, email, telephone communication (including mobile communication), Internet);
  • • information base segmentation by specified criteria;
  • • periodic contacts with me via telephone communication (including mobile communication), via email or Internet.

5. I hereby notify the Operator that personal data users are Operator employees (as well as persons engaged under civil law contracts and self-employment contracts).


  • 6. I am aware that:
  • • this consent to processing of my personal data is given until the moment of achieving personal data processing purposes and can be withdrawn by sending an electronic application to the email address: mail@on-soft.ru. The withdrawal date is considered the day following the day of sending the electronic application for withdrawal of consent to personal data processing to the email address: mail@on-soft.ru;
  • • I have the right to access my personal data, demand clarification (updating, modification) of my personal data, as well as deletion and destruction of my personal data in case of their processing by the Operator that violates my legal rights and interests, legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. I undertake to immediately notify the Operator of any changes to my personal data, information about me, with provision of supporting documents.


8. This Consent is recognized by me and the Operator as my written consent to processing of my personal data, given in accordance with Art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006.


9. By this Consent, I confirm that I am the subject of the provided personal data, personal data was provided by me personally, and I also confirm the accuracy, completeness, accuracy of the provided data, the provided personal data does not violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation, legal rights and interests of third parties.


10. I understand that sending messages to the Operator and/or leaving a request for a proposal through the web forms provided for this purpose on the Site with checking the appropriate field ("checkmark") means my written consent to the conditions described in this Consent, as well as the current Privacy Policy.


11. This consent comes into force from the moment I visit the Site and is valid until the moment of achieving personal data processing purposes or until the moment I withdraw consent to personal data processing - depending on which of the specified legal facts occurs earlier. I hereby acknowledge and confirm that I am familiar with and agree with the rights and obligations in accordance with Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006. The Operator has the right at any time without prior notice to change, supplement or update the text of this Consent in one or another part. In case significant changes are made to this Consent, such Consent is subject to placement on the Site, and the corresponding changes come into force within 20 working days from the moment of official publication of the new edition of the Consent on the Site. If within these 20 working days I do not declare in writing about refusal to accept the changes, then this means expression of consent to personal data processing in the manner provided for by the new edition of the Consent. I undertake to regularly review the text of this Consent and check for the presence (absence) of changes to the Consent and the effective date of such changes.
